What to Expect

We are a diverse community of people who are seeking God.  Our worship celebrates our historic traditions in relevant and compelling ways.

Do you have childcare?

During worship, Certified Safe Sanctuary childcare workers are available for infants birth to age 4 during worship and Sunday School.

We are committed to a safe and educational environment for all children.  All of our staff and volunteer workers must go through a screening process before serving in any area dealing with children. We also have pagers to help us reach the childs parent or guardian in case we need to talk to them. There is a sign in and sign out process to make sure the children are picked up by the right person. We love our children and we want to make sure they have a wonderful place to play and learn how much God loves them.

Do I need to dress up?

We have people that dress in jeans as well as suits – everyone is welcome.

How long do the services last?

Each service lasts approximately one hour. We do our best to respect your time, but occasionally a service may last 5 minutes longer.

Do I have to believe in Jesus to come?

Everyone is welcome to attend. Whether you’re skeptical about certain beliefs or just don’t know what to believe, please join us.

Want to grow closer to God?

Life isn’t easy.  We all have times when we are low on hope, searching for a purpose, feeling empty, or struggling with a decision.  We believe that the church is a place for you to ask questions, be encouraged, connect with others, and discover the richness of God’s love.  Here at Trinity, we encourage you to come as you are and journey with us as we strive to put our faith into action.

Steps to Discipleship

Discipleship – learning how to become more like Jesus Christ – is a process.  At Trinity, we work on our spiritual growth through three main steps: connection, growing, and sharing.  We hope Trinity is a place where you will connect with a diverse group of Christians, grow in God’s grace and share your gifts in mission and service to those in Moberly and throughout the world.  Be sure to chat with Pastor Katie or Pastor Patty to get started on your journey.

Wednesdays at Trinity

During the school year, Trinity offers another chance for families to come together.  It starts with our  “Thank God It’s Wednesday” Dinner for Everyone ~ 5:30 pm Wednesdays.  After dinner our nursery is open while adult choir rehearses (6:30pm) and small groups meet.
